Alec Hutson
Alec has been an active member of the New England/ NYC music scene since 2012, leading several live music projects and supporting many more. Alec is a strong and intuitive songwriter, a powerful vocalist, and versatile multi-instrumentalist (saxophone, guitar, piano, and more). He has released 5 albums of original music under his own name, as well as four beautiful and bizarre music videos. His most recent project, Death by Comet, belongs on a playlist with the likes of Radiohead, Grizzly Bear, and Queens of the Stone Age - beautiful, bold, and apocalyptic. Alec Hutson is a first generation American from Soviet Jewish roots, and speaks Russian in addition to English.

Alec has been making and releasing music since his high school years (though the early works are not available to the public). He thrives in studio settings, and takes great joy from bringing music to life through the arranging and recording process.

He also plays the saxophone!
Alec Hutson is the creator and destroyer of worlds. With his right hand, he plays the saxophone. With his left, also the saxophone. They say that on a clear night you might catch him from the corner of your eye, running along the rooftops, playing Careless Whisper to the weeping moon.
Alec’s saxophone-based collaborations include Simona Smirnova, Squidpig, Later Larry, The Drunk Monkeys, Bulldog, Kids on a Hill, and more.
